Hispanic Heritage Month | Rockstar: Melissa Tito

Melissa Tito is an award-winning Latina Senior Art Director at Translation whose hatred of ads somehow led to a successful career in making them cooler. Raised in NJ by Peruvian immigrant parents, she watched her family build their version of the American dream from the ground up, inheriting their work ethic along the way. She’s carried that drive into a creative career making advertising feel more like culture and entertainment, while fighting for Latino representation that actually feels authentic. Outside of work, Melissa is a mentor, designer, bookworm, manic hobbyist, and was even an adjunct professor.
