Rachita is a strategy director and DEI advocate who’s spent her career working on apps, beers, and herself. She helps some of the most iconic brands in the world launch new products, win Cannes Lions and Effies, and break through in culture. Her client roster includes household names like Netflix, DoorDash, Nintendo, Hinge, Corona, Modelo, and Budweiser, as well as consulting for CPG start-ups and non-profits. As an ERG founder and co-lead of Asians @ ADCOLOR, Rachita has also crafted executive training, thought leadership, and programming throughout Wieden + Kennedy, Publicis Groupe, and the industry as a whole. She believes diversity is potent fuel for both creativity and the bottom line–plus, it makes for way better food.
