Black History Month | Rockstar: Alicia Harris


Alicia is a Group Strategy Director at Translation and UnitedMasters, shaping work that sits at the intersection of brand, culture, and community. She led the strategic vision that made Translation one of McDonald’s agencies of record, setting the foundation for work including the nationwide return of the Snack Wrap. Across AT&T, Ally, and Cadillac Formula 1, Alicia has helped deliver some of each brand’s most defining moments—showing that culture and business impact are one in the same—and that strong strategy drives both.
At UnitedMasters, she played a pivotal role in uniting the brand and commercial sides of the business, helping launch Believe, the company’s first brand campaign, recognized by the Webbys and New York Festivals. Beyond the work, Alicia is a committed builder of people and the strategy discipline—serving on the ADCOLOR advisory board and founding The Invisible Thread, a YouTube and live event series dedicated to making strategy more visible, inclusive, and influential across business and culture.
