Whitnney Dihmes Arzola Social Asset

Whitnney is an advertising veteran with 8+ of experience, leveraging her bicultural background to elevate and transform brands such as Popeyes, Kohl’s, Pandora, and Golden Corral. By taking a culture-first approach to strategy, she helps brands open doors to more inclusive communications. More recently, she has supported clients expanding into international markets across Europe and LATAM.

Growing up in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and later moving to New York City to complete her studies uniquely empowers her to drive authentic connections through relevant media and messaging. Having served as a lead in UNIDOS - Horizon Media’s Employee Impact Group - Whitnney has championed belonging and empowerment by mentoring employees while amplifying Latin culture across the organization. Her passion for multicultural advertising shines through in her knowledge, authenticity, and willingness to have tough conversations that push boundaries forward.

Deeply grateful to her mentors, colleagues, and collaborators, Whitnney stays humble and eager to continue learning in the ever-changing advertising landscape. Outside of the office, she is a devoted mother and wife with a growing passion for cooking, which she embraces to connect with her own heritage and that of others.
