Abigail Bazile is a creative force in multicultural marketing, whose audience-centered approach is her guiding light. As she puts it, “The audience is my north star.” With a career anchored at Urban One, Inc. for over six years, Abigail has grown from Strategic Partnerships to her current role as Associate Director of Integrated Marketing, where she balances data-driven insights with storytelling that resonates deeply. Her recent project, Hip-Hop: The 50 Year Evolution, recognized by the Telly Awards, exemplifies this blend of passion and expertise. Raised in the Bronx, the birthplace of hip-hop, she brought a unique, personal perspective to the campaign, saying, “This project was powerful because it allowed me to celebrate the culture and the voices that shaped it.”

Abigail’s journey began in PR, with foundational roles at Team Epiphany and Roc Nation, where she honed her skills in branding and narrative crafting. Her experience has instilled a love for both entertainment and the impact of well-told stories in marketing. She’s not just a storyteller but a risk-taker, too. “I am a risk-taker, through and through. Take those risks that lead to success,” she says, an approach that has propelled her career forward.

She’s also deeply committed to uplifting others, especially women of color in her field. Recently accepted into the AD Club Foundation’s Fellowship Cohort, Abigail sees this opportunity for growth and elevation in leadership. “Being a woman of color, it’s imperative to exude strength, knowledge, and confidence when seated at the table. The AD Club Foundation’s Fellowship will reinforce that power and confidence in me,” she shares.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Abigail served on the Leadership Team at the Sports & Entertainment Equity Network (SEEN), a non-profit dedicated to creating opportunities for Black and Brown professionals. Her commitment to diversity and equity remains at the heart of her work, inspiring her colleagues to take bold steps alongside her.
