A Temple University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising, Kahlita’s journey into the industry was fueled by her passion for connecting people through impactful narratives. “I’ve always loved culture and the art of storytelling,” she reflects. Her college years were a period of rich exploration, gaining hands-on experience at companies like BET, Cartoon Network, and Facebook. These roles provided insights into different facets of advertising, cementing her interest in pursuing a career in the industry.

Kahlita thrives at the crossroads of technology, culture, and advertising, where her creativity meets her drive for continuous learning. “There is a magic that happens when you’re able to work with a brand and use the synergies of the three areas to tell stories in a new and exciting way,” she explains. Her work as a Client Solutions Manager involves creative problem-solving and relationship-building with key stakeholders. Driven by personal values of open-mindedness, authenticity, and candor, Kahlita prioritizes her client’s needs with integrity and approaches each project with a fresh perspective. She credits her open-mindedness with enabling her to “expand outside the mold” to develop innovative solutions that solve clients’ unique challenges.

Outside the office, Kahlita loves to travel, aiming to visit 30 countries by the time she turns 30. She’s an avid reader, yogi, and “serial hobbyist,” continually seeking experiences that allow her to explore and embrace new perspectives. This adventurous spirit is rooted in her desire to keep her creativity flowing, whether through yoga, dance, or immersing herself in different cultures.

Kahlita’s ultimate goal is to use her skills to drive economic empowerment for Black women-owned businesses worldwide. “I hope to continue to lift as I climb,” she shares, aiming to empower others who share her background and ensure that diverse voices are heard and valued.
