Meet the 2024 Fellows – Morgan Ogryzek

 

With the fierce determination of an Aries, Morgan Ogryzek charges through the creative landscape, turning ambitious ideas into reality and sparking inspiration wherever she goes. Morgan is a Senior Experience Strategist at Havas, where she blends strategic thinking with a passion for creativity. With a B.A. in Social Studies and Spanish Literature from Harvard, Morgan has always been driven to work in a creative space where she can make a meaningful impact. 

Morgan’s career began at R/GA, where she started as an apprentice during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her two-week apprenticeship quickly led to a full-time role as an Associate Experience Strategist, and her talent and dedication helped propel her to a senior position. 

At Havas, Morgan integrates her advertising experience with her love of storytelling, and her goal is to blend her diverse interests into campaigns that shape culture and connect with audiences on a deeper level. She now focuses on product and experience strategy, while continuing to hone her leadership skills on various creative projects. 

Morgan is currently producing a dark comedy series set for 2025, merging her advertising and film passions by taking on roles in episodic direction, brand pitches for sponsorship, and working on set. 

Previously, Morgan produced a fashion project where she wore many hats—designing, securing venues, and assembling teams. She thrived in the fast-paced environment of live directing, balancing on-set creativity with strategic planning for social media distribution. “It was one of the first end-to-end projects that I owned entirely, which made it such a proud moment,” she reflects. This experience deepened her immersion into film and storytelling and solidified her commitment to bridging creative and strategic roles. 

Morgan continues to push the boundaries of creativity and leadership in every project she undertakes, ensuring that her unique voice resonates across all platforms. With an eye on the future, she is excited for the opportunities that lie ahead.
