What does success mean to you?
To me, success isn’t just personal achievement, it’s growth with purpose and helping others rise alongside her. I measure it by the impact she can make and the pathways she can open for women and underrepresented voices.
What do you hope to gain from this fellowship?
Through The Ad Club of New York Fellowship, I hope to connect with peers and industry leaders, gain new perspectives on leading with impact, and explore innovative ways to combine data and creativity to shape culture. I see the fellowship as an opportunity to refine my voice, contribute to a community committed to equity and growth, and help inspire the next generation of leaders.
