What does success mean to you?
Success is being aligned with God’s plan for my life: walking in purpose, using my gifts meaningfully, and honoring the values my faith has shaped in me. It’s doing what I love professionally without compromising my ability to be present for my family. It’s watching my sons grow with joy, knowing they feel safe, supported, and loved. It’s using my platform to make others feel seen and encouraged. It’s financial freedom and autonomy of my work schedule and environment. Success is living in the rhythm of a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
What do you hope to gain from this fellowship?
This fellowship represents more than just career growth for me — it represents a chance to rise without burnout, especially as a mom. From this fellowship I hope to gain mentorship, access, community, and career acceleration that stands the test of time. I hope to actualize my potential in every way.
