Meet the 2025 Fellows – Samantha Esposito, Account Supervisor, Publicis Groupe

 

Samantha Esposito is an Account Supervisor at Publicis Groupe, bringing over eight years of marketing experience and more than four years on a leading telecommunications account. As the liaison between the client and the agency, she ensures all internal teams are aligned and projects are kicked off seamlessly. She also makes sure there is client satisfaction at every stage of the project lifecycle. Originally from Long Island and now residing in Queens, Samantha brings both dedication and curiosity to everything she does. Outside of work, she loves to travel, explore new places, experience different cultures, and indulge her passion for all things Disney. Even as a born-and-raised New Yorker, she loves uncovering hidden gems across the city and trying new restaurants. Married and deeply family-oriented, Samantha values meaningful connections and the experiences that help her grow personally and professionally. 

 

What does success mean to you? 

Success to me means making a positive impact through my work—whether that’s helping internal teams come up with creative solutions and bringing ideas to life, guiding and training newer team members to succeed at the agency, or ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of a project, knowing that happy clients are a true measure of success. 

 

What do you hope to gain from this fellowship? 

I hope to gain exposure to diverse perspectives and learn from others’ experiences in the industry. I also aim to grow personally and professionally by building meaningful connections, expanding my network, discovering new interests and skills, and further developing my confidence in the workplace while learning to navigate and manage challenging situations effectively.
