Meet the 2025 Fellows – Tiffaine Stephens, Senior Marketing Manager, Pepsi
Tiffaine Stephens is a marketing leader with over a decade of experience in food & beverage and healthcare, specializing in communication strategy, experiential activations, and multimedia campaign execution. She currently drives brand strategy and activation for the PepsiCo beverages portfolio in Foodservice. Outside of her day job, Tiffaine helps small businesses grow through tailored marketing strategies through her consultancy – The Image Republic. A longtime advocate for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, she has led efforts to diversify workplaces and elevate opportunities for underrepresented groups. An alumna of Howard University and NYU Stern, Tiffaine leads with empathy, truth, and a service mindset. Originally from East Orange, NJ, she now resides in Brooklyn, NY.
What does success mean to you?
My definition of success has evolved over time. Today, I feel most fulfilled when I can drive meaningful impact and create positive change. Early in my career at Lilly, I encountered the motto, “Take what you find here and make it better and better.” As a 22-year-old, those words resonated deeply, and they’ve guided me ever since. For me, success isn’t just about personal achievement — it’s about leaving things, people, and opportunities better than I found them, no matter how big or small.
What do you hope to gain from this fellowship?
I’m eager to connect with women who truly understand the challenges and opportunities of navigating corporate America, as well as with leaders across the marketing and advertising industries. I hope to gain new perspectives on my own career journey and reflect on the experiences that have shaped me. Through the fellowship’s workshops, events, and coaching, I aim to emerge with a deeper sense of purpose, renewed focus, and a thoughtful strategy for continuing to grow as a marketer and leader.
