Arielle Wiltz is currently an Interaction (UX) Designer at Morgan Stanley, where she works on the Wealth Management team as a Design lead on one of their products. Before Morgan Stanley, she worked at frog Design, a transformative design agency – designing systems for brands, products, and services. Her previous design work includes clients in New York City and the U.K. such as HBO Max, DirecTV NFL Sunday Ticket, Discovery Communication’s TLC, WM Morrison Supermarket, plus more.
Driven to create visibility, accessibility, and training for BIPOC in design and tech, she started the Diversity and Inclusion Group at frog New York in October 2018. There, she developed two programs, frogMentors: an initiative that helps BIPOC students build competitive portfolios; and Breaking Barriers: a forum on DEI between diverse creative professionals and the community. She continues her mission through her mentorship program and freelance writing on design and DEI through her Modus Medium articles. She is currently expanding her design and DEI career by learning algorithm design and its applications in public policy, design, and technology.
In 2018, Arielle was accepted into Cannes Lion’s Creative Academy during the Cannes Lions International Festival for Creativity in Cannes, France, and in 2019, she became part of the ADColor Advisory Board 2019-2020. She has a B.A. in graphic design from Loyola University New Orleans and a certificate in UX from General Assembly. Arielle, who currently resides in Brooklyn, New York, hails from the big easy of New Orleans.
The i’mPART Women’s Fellowship, created in 2016, made a commitment of $100K annually to retain more diverse talent and promote more women into leadership positions. Now in its fifth year, the program has expanded from helping 10 to over 50 women pursue their goals and elevate their executive presence – providing more access, tools, & nurturing necessary for them to grow and thrive in all aspects of our industry.
