Maria Givens is the VP, Media & Digital Platforms for North America at Bayer Consumer Healthcare and leads an award-winning in-house team across Strategy, Activation, AdTech, Brand websites, DTC and CRM. She is responsible for connecting consumers to the most trusted self-care brands in service to the mission of Health for all, Hunger for none. Throughout her 20+ year career, Maria has held media and digital leadership roles, both global and regional in Latin America and North America, for iconic companies including Logitech, LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, Avon, and L’Oreal. She started her career at MediaVest (Publicis Groupe) in Strategy and New Business.
Harnessing technology, data and AI, Maria is a growth architect, culture purveyor and strategic advisor at the intersection of magic and logic. She architected and is currently leading a major transformation to media science and measurement effectiveness to unleash Media as an engine for business growth at Bayer.
A passionate diversity and inclusion champion, she also pioneered and led media initiatives across several companies to leverage D&I as a business imperative. In her personal life, Maria is an NYC native, a proud soccer/dance/theater/chorus mom, and loves traveling and game night with her husband and 13-year-old daughter.
