Rockstar — Tisha Woods

Tisha Woods is a Design Program Manager for Lyft’s Design Foundations and Central Design teams. She is a culture ambassador, a dot connector, a change navigator, an accessibility (a11y) advocate, and a team amplifier.

Tisha learned the foundations of change operations and hybrid community building throughout her career as an educator—especially when navigating and establishing standards for hybrid learning and social distancing in the summer of 2020. She improved number fluency and sense through pop culture and LEGO, organized team vaccination events, and investigated systems change in low-income schools.

When she’s not co-leading an internal design conference or nerding out about process and strategy, Tisha is either on the phone with her niece and nephews or writing with the Criterion Channel in the background.
