New York, NY — January 13th, 2026 — Screenverse, the largest programmatic digital out-of-home (DOOH) network in the United States, has been named the exclusive programmatic partner for Macerich, one of the nation’s premier owners, operators, and developers of high-performing retail and mixed-use properties. Through this partnership, Screenverse will streamline programmatic access to premium digital screens in the nation’s most iconic shopping destinations, while Macerich continues to lead their direct sales efforts.
With more than 30 top-performing properties in its portfolio, Macerich has built a shopping center network that blends quality placements, design-forward environments, and deep shopper engagement in iconic retail destinations like Tysons Corner Center, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Queens Center, Broadway Plaza, and several upscale outdoor lifestyle centers. The Macerich network includes 345 total digital displays:
- 330 mall-based digital ad panels, strategically placed in areas with high shopper dwell times and retail adjacency – including 23 newly added digital panels at Fashion District in Philadelphia

- 15 large-format and digital spectaculars, delivering massive visibility at high-traffic entrances and along key corridors
In addition to on-premise access, Screenverse will offer PMP deals for large-format and billboard-style placements, enabling brands to activate premium retail moments with scale and creative flexibility.
